We Meet
The process begins with a complimentary visit to your home. This is a time for the designer to share with you about Reinford Landscapes LLC, our experience, our services, etc. It’s also a time for you to discuss with the designer, your design style, components you have in mind, and your overall budget. From this meeting the designer will be able to determine if a design is necessary or if only a cost analysis is needed.
We Design
If a design is needed, a design proposal is written. The design proposal includes the cost of the design, how long the process will take, and what items/areas will be addressed with the design. We will then gather the information needed to complete your design, taking site measurements, noting various micro climates, soil types and compiling a list of existing plants. With this information, we create a design that integrates your ideas and goals, developing them into a specialized outdoor environment.
We Present
After the design is complete you will be contacted to schedule a presentation meeting were the designer will walk you through the conceptual design. During this meeting the designer will share with you his/her ideas and suggestions and also encourage your feedback. If you don’t like something we’re recommending we’d love to hear your suggestions for improvement. Once we have finalized a concept and narrowed down your choices of material, we put together the final plan and estimates. The estimate is broken down into phases and outlines the pricing to have Reinford Landscapes LLC install the project. By the end of the presentation you should have a very clear understanding of how we plan to make your dreams a reality.
We Install
Once a design/estimate is agreed upon, we will set up an installation date. Start dates are approximate due to the unpredictability of the weather. You will be notified a week or two in advance of the start date and be introduced to the field manager who will oversee the implementation of your project. From there the project will carried out according to the design and proposal. Our focus on quality and detail ensures that each and every project is built with the utmost care and professionalism.
