I wanted to write a note to express my total satisfaction with the recent landscaping work you did for us. From the design, to the planting, to the patio and walkway construction, everything was completed just as we hoped it would be. We especially enjoyed working with Derrick, who stayed with us through our many discussions to pull this all together. He was able to first design this project based on our vision, and then work through some changes and minor issues to make the project turn out perfectly. It was also a pleasure to have Josh and Les working at our home. They are all true craftsmen, and the quality of their work, as well as their courtesy and enthusiasm was evident every day. Thanks again for your professionalism and for transforming our yard.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how pleased I am with the recent landscape project designed and implemented by Reinford Landscapes. I worked with Derek who designed the landscape. He took my idea and immensely improved upon it. I was very impressed with the way the appointments and follow-ups were kept. One of my greater concerns was the start date of the project. Some previous projects (not with Reinford Landscapes) became a nightmare with delay after delay. The contracts were signed on October 3rd with an estimated start date of mid-December or March, based on weather conditions. I appreciated Derek’s honest feedback. To my surprise Reinford Landscapes started in early December. They worked daily and the completed landscape is fantastic with a retaining wall, fish pond and a new walkway on the West side of the house. The fish pond design was well done! I am extremely pleased with the finished product. I have future projects in mind and will certainly look forward to working with Reinford Landscape again. Thanks for making this a positive experience.
